How thirsty are you?Filling your void is a spiritual desire with a love for the Father God

How thirsty are you for the Kingdom and His righteousness? Where are you at in your thirst for the things of God and His righteousness? Has His Kingdom and His righteousness filled the void that is seated inside of you? Where does your thirst for the Spirit of Christ lie?

Psalm 42:1-2, 11 KJV Amplified 1 As the hart pants and longs for the water brooks, so I pant and long for You. O God. 2 My inner self thirst for God, for the living God. When shall I come and behold the face of God? 11 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my countenance, and my God.

• Jesus said on the final and most important day of the Feast if any man is thirsty; let him come to Me and drink! (St John 7:37 Amplified).
• The void that is in all mankind (male and female) is the yearning and longing for the reconciliation and relationship to come back to his Creator; the Shepherd and Guardian of his Soul (the Bishop of his Soul).
• Pant means to breathe with short, quick breaths, typically from exertion or excitement; a short, quick breath; to breathe quickly, spasmodically, or in a labored manner.
• For example, “he was panting when he reached the top”.
• When we praise God we pant afterwards, not because I’m running now but because all of my mind, spirit, soul, and strength has be given over to Him for His glory, honor, and pleasure to take possession.
• Deer don’t pant for water. They pant as a mechanism to cool down.
• Deer breathe rapidly to excrete excess heat out of their body.
• Deer look for water sources to wash off their scent after running away from a predator. This is why they often pant near water sources.
• My soul is thirsting for God and His refuge in my times of troubles!
• My soul cries out after the Father like a deer pants for water to remove the scent and stain of sin away from the predator of our soul (Satan). So I desperately need His rescue, guidance, help, healing, peace, and rest from day after day, season after seasons of life circumstances, situations, and issues.
• Lord God I need you!!

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

• Unlike the deer being pursued by an enemy (a predator) must hunt for water, David know exactly where to go to replenish his exhausted spirit: he got into a place of praise and worship and the Spirit of God began to fill him with the living water?
• Picture yourself in your daily issues in a place such as David was, needing the Lord God, His protection, His healing, His deliverance, and His words spoken to you as you submit yourself to Him from the predator of your Soul.
• David wrote a deliberate cry to the Lord from his Soul, longing for the Lord in his most desperate hours; he sought the Lord and worshipped Him.
• What do you thirst for when you seek the Lord?
• David knew where to go to replenish his Soul’s strength and how to have gratitude and appreciation for the Lord renewing his strength and a right spirit in him.
• What about you? How thirsty are you spiritually for the refuge of God?

• Void defined here as completely empty; free from; lacking.
• Soul’s yearning, longing, and desiring of the Father is like a river that flows within his heart as he desires the Father.
• We as born again new creatures must learn to thirst for God not just when trouble comes or in trouble; but learn to keep the river flowing between the Spirit of God and your Soul.

Genesis 2:10 KJV Amplified Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four (river) heads.

• The four river heads flowed around the lands and God took the man and put him eastward in His Order and Presence (Garden of Eden) to tend, guard, and keep it.
• Spiritually speaking the river went out from God’s Presence (Eden) to water the garden lands as well as to refresh the Soul of Adam and Eve.
• Jesus is the “filler” of the void in the spirit man, not external things and stuff, but we must be filled from within.
• The knowledge of God and His love through Christ Jesus is the “filler” of the void in the spirit man

• Have you ever wondered why the Bible does not highlight each gift of the Spirit with step by step instructions and guidance on how they are to be used?
• Have you ever wondered why the Word of God is limited in writing and full instructions and guidance written about the 5-fold ministry gifts (i.e. apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher, etc.) to the Church?
• The Bible does not give mankind a step-by-step process because the Word of God is designed to give us the knowledge, understanding, and wisdom about our Creator God, our Father God, our Son God, and His Holy Spirit God.
• Because he will do as he is doing now trying to capitalize off of God’s Word and instructions to the Soul of man. It is in his heart to do so!
• Why doesn’t God give us more about Him in writing? Because He know the heart of man and that man will, both saved and unsaved will try to orchestrate Word of God without the Spirit of God.
• God is a Spirit! He communicates only with the spirit man.
• God created in man the ability to worship, praise, honor, glorify, and give Him pleasure.
• When God created man He put everything in us to reverence Him, love Him, and respect Him.
• The void that is in every Soul of the spirit man is his thirst for the Father and His Will.
• Your thirst must not only be on the gifts to the Church or the gifts of the Spirit, but for God through Christ only.
• The only reason to desire God’s power is to serve other men; to serve the world which is God’s Harvest; to bring change utilizing the solutions that are built within every new creature to change; and improve societies, the Harvest, and healing to the people.
• Anything other than this God will withdraw His power so we then we try to manufacture our own power.
• God took His Holy Spirit from man when he sinned because he was also flesh; God spoke of man’s heart saying in every generation to come that his wickedness would be great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart will be evil continually. (Genesis 6:3, 5)
• Jesus said in St John 2:24-25 that He did not commit Himself to men because He knew all men. And He needed not that any should testify of man: for He knew what was in man.
• Man’s thirst is not for God, but for the attraction of the means and by making the means his end in time, energy, resources, gifts, talents, and money, and not for God.
• Songs are the means, but God’s purpose is what makes Him the end.
• Music being played is the means, but the end is the purpose of God in it.
• God is attracted to “one accord”, that is when every heart is on the same page in unity.
• To live in the Kingdom we must show our allegiance to the Kingdom by being baptized of the water and of the Spirit.
• To live in the Kingdom we must move from religion to relationship with the King of His Kingdom; we must move from riches and possession of natural stuff to royalty; we must move from the bondage and the enslavement of our Will back to the dominion once given.
• Tradition and religion has become more important than the Word of God in the hearts and sanctuaries of the believers.
• The Word of God has become our alternative to it, but the Kingdom of God replaces everything.
• Salvation comes to mankind to fill the void in the heart of the spirit man; a void that took place when the spirit man became independent of self and no longer thirst for the Bishop of his Soul, except when put under extreme, hardness, and difficult times experienced in his journey called life.

• The spirit man was created to worship his God as his Father.
• Man’s independence brought the opposite of worship because of a lack of gratitude, selfish praise, self-credit, selfish pride, and self-worship.
• Pride is self-centered. It’s all about me!
• This is what caused Lucifer to fall. And that same serpentine spirit is in the flesh of man.
• Worship is acknowledging total dependency on God. Lord, I can do nothing without you.

St Matthew 4:8-10 8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written. Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

• Tradition and religion wants to give everyone some credit or all the credit by naming all and what they did when in fact only God (our owner) deserves all the worship.
• Flesh and blood relatives and friends compete with God in the lives of the born again new creature asking to become an idol.
• In other words look at me, help me, it don’t take all that, you get saved and forget about your family, and leave your family to go hang with them church people, etc., they are really saying put me first before God so we can be family and stay in sin together.
• A family that stays together without Jesus is a family that sins together!
• Human beings are motivated to do because they get some kind of benefits from it, i.e., jobs, education, promotions, even ministry, etc.
• Worship is not an act of performing. It is a personal awareness of knowledge as a new creature I respond to my understanding of God through Christ. In that I’m going to show gratitude, appreciation, thanksgiving, reverence, respect, and humility in response to the knowledge of God.
• I thirst, longing, yearning to worship Him because of what I know and understand through Wisdom about my God, my Creator.
• To worship you must always keep transferring all the credit (the ends) to Him and we will surely be blessed and become a blessing to others.
• This is the very reason we must go through experiences during and in our transforming processing so we can have “material” to worship with (I know why I’m worshiping; I got a reason to worship).
• The Spirit of God keeps introducing Himself to us in our difficult times at every level of our life in order to know Him in a greater way.
• Man’s thirst should be to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit; but it is the least and last thing that many ask for, in order to function effectively in the earth as a new creature in Christ.
• The possession and possessing of the gift of the Holy Spirit in you is the key to representing the Father God.
• Being religious does not represent Him; going to church all the time the doors are open does not represent Him; and going through rituals of tradition and religion does not represent Him.
• Every born again new creature need the dunmais power of the Spirit of God in our daily experiences of God in our life; and it should be a normal experience to us, with nothing extra.
• God does not acknowledge denominations, they are manmade!
• Every one of us must experience our day of Pentecost in our soul with the process of the Upper Room experiences.
• The Holy Spirit draws us into Himself to invest us with all the privileges, benefits, and rewards of a new life in Christ, the Messiah.
• The Spirit of Jesus in you is the spirit of prophesy when He speaks to you in the Word.
• The Spirit of Jesus in you is the Wisdom of God.
• The Spirit of Jesus in the spiritual gifts is the same spirit given to every man to profit withal, bestowed of God for His good in earth. (1 Corinthians 12).
• The Spirit of miracles is dominion over the earth. The Kingdom dominates the environment of the earth through you.
• St John 4:4-30 The Samaria women came to the well to draw water and met Jesus. Jesus said to her “give me to drink” because he was thirsty from His journey and sat down at the well.
• The woman replied to Jesus saying, “How is it that you being a Jew ask me to give you a drink, which I am a woman of Samaria, for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
• In verse 10, Jesus answered her saying, If you only know the gift of God and who it is that ask of you to give me to drink; you would have asked of Him and He would have given you living water.
• Jesus is that fountain that can satisfy the thirst and fill the void of every Soul in the spirit man.
• The woman told Him that the well was deep and He had nothing to draw the water with.
• Here come tradition and religion incorporated with dead history! The woman asked Jesus are you greater than our father Jacob, which gave us this well and drank from it himself, his children, and his cattle?
• Jesus began to revelate (reveal) the Words spoken saying, whosoever drink of this water will thirst again; but whosoever drink of the water that He shall give will never thirst again because the water that He gives will be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
• Jesus is the filler for the soul of the spirit man! He will feed you, comfort you, heal you, and cause you to thirst no more in this life.
• The Samaritan woman heard the Words of Jesus and began to say to Him, Sir give me this water so that I won’t thirst anymore neither come to this well to draw anymore.
• Are you thirsty? What’s satisfying your thirst? Who is satisfying your thirst? Are you still returning to the wells of your past to draw from your dead history and dead people? When was the last time you took a “big gulp” of the Spirit of God through His Son Christ Jesus and a well of water began to spring up in you?

Amen
