It’s Spiritual Testing
“It’s not about you!”

In the beginning Adam was made in the image of God after their likeness to do the Will of God in the earth until Adam’s fall into temptation and sinned against the order and command of God.
God sending His only begotten Son, Jesus to redeem us, free us from sin and death to be reconciled back to the Father through Jesus and His completed works.
Salvation not only gives us the inheritance of His Son Jesus, but it is designed to transform the spirit Man in you and me back to his original state and status.
Therefore, being drawn into Salvation by the Spirit of God to come to Jesus and hear the Word of God is your spiritual awakening, spiritual change, and spiritual experiences to be encountered as the old man and his nature dies to the Will of God so that the spirit man and his spiritual nature in you can be reborn and come alive in Christ.
Hebrews 3:15 says while it is said, Today if ye hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
The provocation was when the children of Israel harden their hearts in rebellion in the desert by provoking God against them.
Spiritual testing is designed and orchestrated by the Spirit of God in Salvation to not just set you free from sin and death, but to also allow your soul to be spiritually rebirth again through His seed, to sin no more, and to do His Will in the earth as His Son.
1 John3:9-10 9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Mankind fronts, pretends, and put on airs in the eyesight of each other. But God truly knows His own that He has impregnated them with His seed to do His Will in earth and to sin no more.
No one born of God and His seed deliberately, knowingly, or habitually sin or practice sin because his new nature is of God.

Spiritual testing
• To unlearn the new creature in you from the cares, concerns, causes, and influences of this world, your flesh, and the devil.
• To become spiritually minded in the knowledge of good and truth as you forget the ways and Will of your old nature that you were born in in the knowledge of good and evil.
• To become spiritually accessible to Him as your Heavenly Father that will now take care of you both spiritually first and naturally according to His need for you.
• To become spiritually affectionate to and toward the things of God over anything in your new born-again life in Him.
• Spiritual testing for you is what God allows and know you can successfully pass.
1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath not temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
• “But such as is common to man” is what your flesh is used to in the knowledge of good and evil.
• As the old Saints would say “God will never put more on you than you can bear”. Well, this is the scripture that governs that in revelation knowledge.
• You will never be tried beyond the human resistance of your flesh that you are not already adapted to, adjusted to, and belongs to human experiences.
• Your flesh’s Will must die to the Will of the Spirit of God so God can control and not it.
1 Peter 4:12-19 is your true spiritual attitude in and during your afflictions of being spiritually tested.
12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
• You keep witnessing, confessing, and declaring Jesus as being the new creature in you awakened to do the Will of God in word, deed, action, and thought. So, it is not a strange thing that things are happening.
• You are being taught how to spiritually see and discern through the Wisdom of God and His Word.
• These things come to test your spiritual quality to make sure it is not a form of godliness, or you are showboating (an action or practice of showing off; show off).
• Tradition and religion is a showboat!
13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
• Spiritual testing is not about you, but the making of Christ in you.
• Salvation is a sharing of Christ’s sufferings through the makings of you as a born-again new creature in Him.
• As Christ is revealed in your life by you are surrendering your Will, picking up your cross to follow Jesus, to become His disciple to do His Will according to the Will of the Father.
• You learn to rejoice in your perfecting process of being transformed.
14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the Spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part He is evil spoken of, but on your part, He is glorified.
• As you go on through the processing of Salvation you are going to be censured, reproached because you are now bearing the name of Christ in your outward appearances, in your speech, your mannerism, your belief, your mind and heart, your thoughts, your behavior and practices.
• Reproach is where they express their disapproval, disappointment, criticize, and accuse you of being wrong for believing in Christ the way you believe.
• Your happiness becomes the Lord’s joy in you because He is being glorified regardless of your natural, outward condition, circumstances, situations, or issues that the temptations and influences of your old life and nature will try to seduce and persuade you to continue to do.
15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evil doer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
• Don’t let others infringe on your rights of spirituality in their belief as like a murder, thief, evil doer, or a busybody in the affairs of others.
16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
• Glorify God in all that He takes you through.
• Don’t be ashamed of what you’ve been through to get you to this point in your new life to serve, honor, and glorify God in Spirit and in Truth.
• If you have truly been delivered you have a testimony and there is no shame in it.
• St Luke 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and My words, of him shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when he shall come in His own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the Holy angels.
• Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto Salvation to everyone that believeth; to thee Jew first, and also to the Greek.
• If there is any shame in your from where the Spirit of God had to draw you from and out of you may need to check an evaluate your declaration made out of your mouth from your heart.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the House of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the Gospel of God?
• Judgment is here! It is in the Houses of Prayer starting with us to spiritually test our commitment to this Gospel and motive.
• We as spirit beings encased in a body professing a new life in Christ Jesus must be tested and tried by the fire to purify our belief in Christ in our hearts.
• No one will be exempt!
• God will test your motives to see if they align with His intentions.
• God will test us in three areas of our spirituality and its new birth: appetite, power, and pride.
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the Will of God commit the keeping of their souls to Him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
• Suffering for the namesake of Christ in the Will of God will not lead you wrongfully.
• God’s Will for the keeping of our souls in His charge is our spiritual deposit to Him, the one that created you.
• We are in His care as born-again new creatures in Christ being processed to be transformed into His image after their likeness with dominion.

In closing,
• It’s spiritual testing time for every believer that confesses Christ as being the Son of God out of his mouth and believes in his heart that God raised Jesus from the dead is saved (Romans 10:9) but will be spiritually tested and tried by the Spirit of the Word of God, it influences, and your willingness and obedience by faith to it.
• You will be tested and tried! Not to just take things or stuff away from you but to spiritually grow you according to God’s Will only.
• Isaiah 43:1-2 1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and He that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
• Jesus has already paid the full cost for our release back into the hands of God.
• Be faithful to the Will and Word of God, work diligently to obey His Will, and walk after His Spirit by His Spirit.
• Persevere and do not fear!
• Be steadfast. 1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
• Don’t be weary in well-doing!
• Great gain is in godly contentment! 1 Timothy 6:6-8
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
• Add this to your faith in Christ to make it fruitful unto God, 2 Peter 1:5-8
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
• As a born-again new creature in Christ your priority is to the Spirit of God, then to who the Spirit of God leads you to open your bowels of mercies to.
• It is not for your family and friends to live and indulge in and everybody be happy in their flesh.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
• Tradition and religion will have you to believe and often use this verse of scripture as to mean your call to a title or position to leadership or to have the authority over God’s flock, but it is your spiritual calling and awakening through the spiritual drawing of God for you to come to Jesus.
• Spiritual testing is God’s Way, not Satan’s but God’s Way of ensuring your spirituality will come forth through the spiritual refining of the new creature in you.
Zechariah 13:8-9 8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine then as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is My people: and they shall say, The Lord is My God.
• God is not just talking about His chosen Israel, but also to His adopted children.
• Listen to His love for His own in the last part of this verse.
