Colossians 3:1-3 1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

• What is your spiritual worth? What is your spiritual worth as opposed to your natural worth? How much value do you put on your spirituality? Do you value yourself as the Lord God values you?
• You know the world talks about a worth that totals your material possessions and social status. What is your value? What is your value worth?
• Since the fall of man, he has been out of location with Heaven and not aligned with the Spirit of God, His Kingdom, and His righteousness.
• Man’s independence from God has cost him and every generation much. Every generation is born in sin and shaped in iniquity in the image (nature) of our fore father Adam due to his sin and rebellion against God.
• Man had to learn through the knowledge of good and evil how to survive based upon his instinct through his physical environment. He had to learn his value by competing against one another for his worth in what he values the most.
• After losing the most valuable worth of himself man’s thoughts and imaginations became selfish, proudful, and competitive, with the ability to compromise in whatever he needs, want, and desire.
• When man lost the knowledge of good and truth, he lost his spiritual need, desire, and worth.
• Man is gone astray from the Will and righteousness of God to maintain his independence.
• Salvation is NOW through Jesus to show us the error of our way from the Father as well as bring us back to obeying the Word of God.

Psalm 119:67 Before I was afflicted, I went astray: but now have kept thy word.

We are all born in experienced hardships and afflictions through the Will of others and ourselves because we were not following/are not following God’s Word accordingly, but now through Jesus we/I am committed to obey His Word.

• Man is spiritually lost. Man is a spirit being encased in a body but is spiritually lost from the Spirituality of His Creator God and His righteousness.
• To regain his spirituality in God’s righteousness he must follow God’s prescribed method named Jesus in Spirit and in Truth.
• Man’s value and worth is far beyond measure!
• Satan know this better than any of us.
• Spiritual worth refers to your spiritual make-up which is of the Spirit of God after their likeness and is priceless.
• It refers to your soul and his inward qualities, character, moral and spiritual attributes that are all made up of the very essence of the Spirit of God Himself.
• Essence says we are the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of the Spirit of God. We are the abstract of His soul, spirit, nature, and core of Himself. In other words, we existed in His thoughts as His idea to create Man as a spirit being.
• Genesis 1:26-27 says 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness….suggests a thought of man was being imagined before being formed. After our likeness is to function like. 27 So, God created man in His own image, in the image of God…..suggests that God’s thought and imagination was formed and completed.
• In our image also suggests that if God is Spirit, then man must be a spirit in a body.
• To know your exact spiritual worth is to know the ransom paid and its costs for your soul to be reconciled back to the Father. Its Creator.
• To know your exact spiritual worth is to know God’s heart toward His most pleased creation man.
• To know your exact worth is to know the grace and mercy of God toward man to have him back as a family with Him in complete fellowship and love.
• To know your exact worth is to know who you are (that is your identity), to know whose you are (that is intimacy), to know what your purpose is, and to have integrity (that is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness) in your belief in Christ and in His righteousness.
• Integrity referring to your attached commitment, belief, and total surrender in the Will of God and His Word to be truthful and honest to do what is His right.
• Having spiritual integrity is to be incorruptible and always uncompromising in the Will of God and His righteousness.
• Don’t add, change, or alter God’s Word to include its meaning and purpose for the soul of Man. (Deuteronomy 4:2; Revelation 22:18-19).
• Whether spiritual or natural integrity is the part that mankind omits by always using the excuse that “none of us are perfect” to compensate for his weakness in the area of his disobedience.
• Spiritual worth is to know the value of yourself to the Father, and not as the world has valued you.
• Even though we all have the value of our Creator your worthiness is achieved through faith in Jesus, your humility, and your willingness to obey.

St Matthew 6:19-21 says 19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

1 John 2:15-17 says 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the Will of God abideth forever.

• The world puts a worth in value on mankind that says you are worth this much in tangible (that which can be touched or felt) assets minus your liabilities to equal your net worth (total sum of all your earthly, worldly valuables).
• These or this value puts man in a competitive position to strive for materialistic stuff and not things of the Spirit of God.
• There is no spiritual competition in the Kingdom of God.
• You have no net worth spiritually because every man has been dealt a measure of faith.
• Faith in Jesus Christ is worth more than gold, silver, stocks, bonds, cash, bitcoins, savings, IRA’s, CDs, 401K, free money, etc.

St Matthew 20: 1-16 The Parable of the Laborers in the Vineyard

In closing,

• Take a real good look at your spiritual worth, it’s not in your degrees with the acronyms, it’s not how long you been saved; it’s not by how many people come to the House of Prayer; or how many people that fall out when you prophesy to them, but by how many souls come to Jesus through your planting or watering of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and they are still standing today.
• As Jesus said in St John 17:12 in His prayer to the Father while I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest Me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
• There will still be sons of perdition!
• Your reward will be a spiritual crown for the souls won into the Kingdom.
• 1 Peter 5:2-4 2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; 3 Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. 4 And when the Chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
• It makes you wonder why God would bless many with so much materialistic stuff that will cause them to lose affection for Him to put more of their time, gifts, and talents and effort on temporal stuff that has no meaning or value to Him, then Himself.
