Walking By Faith Explained

We are a ministry of reconciliation.
• Faith is spiritual and is a MUST for your soul’s spiritual awakening in Christ Jesus.
• Faith is essential and important to God and His plan of Salvation offered to all mankind.
• Faith is the fundamental element to every born-again believer’s experience, encounters, and is crucial in a believer’s founding relationship with God.
• Faith MUST become a basic principle, law, or rule in your spiritual awakening and in your spiritual growth daily in Jesus Christ.
• Faith in God is fundamental and is used throughout your walk to describe the activities, principles, and things of God that will affect the nature of things required for you as a born-again, new creature in Him to obtain and maintain.
• Faith serves as the groundwork for the Spirit of God to serve as a foundational support in and during the existence of new life being regenerated in you through Christ Jesus for your Salvation in us/you.
• This groundwork consists of the glory of being spiritually attracting us by drawing us to Him so that His glory will overshadow us again, giving us back the image we were created in, and giving us back dominion to the new creature being born in us/you.
• Faith is the substance God uses to function by.
• Our journey in faith is a determined function that is like God that will cause us to take on our issues, circumstances, and situations that we have been born in, conditioned to learn, and educated in through the systems of sin and death that is in the world, the flesh, and the devil as we are being born-again in Christ.
• Satan and his demons will not and cannot function and operate in faith or by faith though he/they believe in God’s existence.
• In James 2:19 teaches that even the evil spirits believe. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
• As born-again believer’s faith is essentially important in our daily lives and lifestyle as we allow/permit God to overcome and conquer our old Adamic nature, its past, its lust, behaviors, habits, and practices by learning to spiritually trust in God and His Word without fear and doubt, but in confidence to rely on His strength and provisions supplied.
• As a born-again new creature in Christ, we MUST learn to believe from our heart.
• Romans 10:9-10 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness: and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation.
• Faith is internal, not external and is not based upon what you see, smell, taste, touch, and feel.
• Well, how do I believe from my heart? What’s in your heart is your belief? The words that are in your heart and what they are made up of are what determine the words that you walk by, think thoughts, actions, reactions, and choices in Salvation daily.
• We walk by the words that are learned with their effects that are lodged in our thoughts, our intellect, and the imagination of our hearts. This is the spiritual mental part of you.
• Your flesh plays the part of being deceitful, influencing, and tempting to always do that which is contrary to the Will of God and His righteousness.
• Confession produces faith. When we confess, we admit something, we acknowledge something, that has been revealed, disclosed, or made a vow to from hearing. Even in reading and studying you are hearing!
• In this case after we’ve heard the Word of God, we are acknowledging by faith that Jesus is the Son of God, it has been revealed to you/us in your heart through hearing that the Spirit of God had raised Jesus from the dead, and you accept God’s conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus.
• Salvation is yours spiritually and eternally you are granted this immediately by God.
• Satan’s job is to keep you blind from your heart’s viewpoint to believe that though you are now saved God need your help in supplying your need. His job is to keep you from hearing the Spirit of the Word through your many excuses and hindrances that are already in existence in your life to keep you in bondage to it.
• Satan’s job is to keep you in bondage to the Will of your flesh and its habits because he owns the flesh from the fall of man in the Garden.
• Satan’s kingdom of darkness whereas he is the king of is lodged in your flesh and its works.
• Faith is exercised daily in your internal belief system on the earth.
• 2 Corinthians 5:7, 17 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight: 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
• Your faith is in your heart. It is exemplified in how you walk, how you talk, how you think, how you imagine, and how you choose.
• Jesus said in St Matthew 15:18-19 18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. 19 For out of the heart, proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: All of these are sins fruit!
• Your heart is the center of your life with all its fruit grown in the knowledge of good and evil without Christ Jesus. We were born with this!
• Your faith is exercised by the choices you make from your thoughts and imaginations put into action and in a belief when you move toward what you think, imagine, or choose.
• When we walk by faith we should learn to walk by the faith of Jesus, that is believe as He believed in the Father and in the dependency of His Word.
• Except your old stoney heart has been replaced by God as Ezekiel 36:26-27 has stated you will never be able to believe in Jesus as Jesus believes. You MUST allow the Spirit of God to give you a heart of flesh that comes equipped with the Will of Jesus, the mind of Christ, His emotions, His character, His image, His nature, His fruit that will cause you to walk in God’s statutes, judgments, laws, and you will have the ability to do them.
• Your actions are a result of what is in your heart! This is why the old heart you were born with won’t do in the born-again new creature in Christ!
• Trying to apply the Word of God to the old nature of your past and its Will, won’t prosper you in Salvation. Why? Because it is spiritual!
• Just being morally good is not enough through traditions and religions you must be spiritually good.
• Your old ways won’t fit in the new ways of the new creature in Christ that you are becoming.
• New wine in old wine skins, St Matthew 9:16-17 16 No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the old garment, and the rent is made worse. 17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.
• Jesus is saying here there is no way the Comforter, the Holy Ghost can come and dwell in your unclean vessel for the Will of God to be done in earth.
• The Holy Spirit comes to dwell in a clean vessel that has been prepared for Him by the Spirit of God and His Word to preserve you and use you according to His Will.
• When you say that you have the Holy Spirit with the same old Adamic nature and Will in operation in you is a lie. It is not the Holy Spirit of God its still all you, chief!
• St Matthew 21:19-22
19 And when He saw a fig tree in the way, He came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever. And presently the fig tree withered away.
• Henceforward is henceforth meaning from this time on or from that time on.
• When you discern this spiritually ask yourself are you barren? Unfruitful to the Kingdom of God? Have you been divinely cursed to never ever produce fruit (souls being your fruit)?
• Is it possible that this is the reason you have no desire to see others come to Christ outside of your immediate flesh and blood family members? Are you spiritually barren?
20 And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!
• The disciples were astonished at the unrealized power of faith spoken by Jesus.
• Many of us watch for the results of the power of faith spoken instead of hearing the author of the faith speaking.
21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
• Again, we don’t hear the author of the faith. If we did so we would speak faith against the mountains and obstacles that are enlarged as decoys in our new life scheduled and released to hinder us from the perfect Will of God in Christ to do His Will in the earth.
• Spoken faith will only comply with the Will of God in you and for His purpose, nothing else.
• Possessing the hope in faith will give you the endurance and motivation to go through the temptations, tests, trials, and hardships of your being renewed in Christ.
22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
• When you pray, while you are praying believe. Believe as you are speaking in praying.
• If you are having a problem with your faith evaluate the motive of your belief.
• Do your motives line up with the Will of God’s intent for you?
• Many say that they are blessed by God with their motives being of deceit, lies, manipulation, control, etc.
• The blessings of God are spiritual! Material possessions are not evidence or proof of God’s blessings. Natural blessings and spiritual blessings are not comparable!
• Jesus portrayed faith when He spoke to the fig tree that was barren to never bear figs again.
• Is there any of us that are spiritually like that fig tree, barren? Check yourself!
• Every word Jesus spoke was spoken in faith and by faith that was always contingent upon the Will of God and His righteousness in the earth.
• Jesus never had a personal motive in the Word or Will of God! His intentions were always the same as the Father’s. THY WILL BE DONE.
• He always displayed and demonstrated a victorious faith.
• Hebrews 11:1, 6 1 NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
What is substance? How does faith become substance?
• Substance means “that which stands under”.
• That which supports what you are speaking into existence!
• Faith being a substance is what makes our hope a reality with the evidence that stands under it.
• Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the proving of things not seen.
• The substance of faith is the foundation and evidence of what we cannot see from what we expect.
• Faith is believing and acting while hope waits and looks in expectancy for the evidence asked for.
• Genesis 1:26-27 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion.
• So, God created Himself in man male and female, Genesis 1:27.
• Hebrew word for Image means nature, characteristics, essence. We are created as a piece of God Himself after their likeness.
• Likeness means to function like. God functions by a substance called faith.
• Our faith must be the evidence hoped for in the Will of God for our lives.
• Faith is a substance that is to be spoken. The substance must be the Will of God for you in the earth that will enable you to do His Will.
• We must learn to walk by faith in the knowledge of good and truth and no longer by the ways of our old nature in the knowledge of good and evil.
